Adventure Cove Meridiana Amenity Center

This project is an amenity center for a subdivision south of Houston that includes water features (a wave pool, lap pool, and lazy river), a pedestrian bridge, an event pavilion with enclosed restrooms, a fitness/lounge building, a small storage building, a dumpster pad with CMU surround, and three pool equipment buildings.
