AUS Airport New Parking Garage and Administration Building

This $250M project included a 2M square-foot, 6,000-car, 6-level parking garage with two pedestrian bridges, a 70,000-sf administrative building, and site structures. Both the garage and administrative building structures are cast-in-place concrete, and the bridges and site structures are structural steel. Tsen Engineering provided structural engineering services for the design, bid, and construction phases of this project for the garage, administration building, and site structures. The design and the construction progressed concurrently for the 2M square-foot garage in order to meet the expedited 18-month schedule. The administration building achieved LEED Gold Certification level.
