Austin PBS at Austin Community College Highland KLRU Studio Relocation

This project is a 70,000-sf tenant finish out for KLRU. The space includes studios for recording and production. The structural scope included a 650 square foot mezzanine in Studio 6A. The mezzanine is supported by a roof structure above and concrete piers that were designed by another structural engineer. The scope also includes an isolated acoustical slab in this same studio.
